  • The NMSU Bookstore will be open for in-person cap and gown purchases located at 1400 E University Ave, Las Cruces, NM 88003
  • Graduates can also call the NMSU Bookstore at 575-646-4431.
  • The online ordering has closed and is past the deadline date: Graduates can also order their regalia online and have the cap and gown shipped directly to them.
  • Students graduating with Honors or the Crimson Scholar designation can purchase, pick-up or ship their cords with the NMSU Bookstore.

  • Bachelor/Masters/Doctorate Degrees are 11×14 inches in size.
  • Associate Degrees are 8.5×11 inches in size.

University Financial Aid and
Scholarship Services		 Ensure holds are released from your student account. If graduates have taken out loans during their time at NMSU, Exit Counseling is required in order to get your diploma and transcript.
